All staff is well behaved and co operative. We have experienced good onboard experience.

my review into this:
1. Communication: Excellent! I called Pokhara Ultralight when I was in Singapore to get more info about it since July and their manager Rojan called me up and given me discount for this activity. Prompt, precise and straighforward.
2. Staffs: Great! Professional and briefed me anything I need to know when I was up there and even dressed me up. LoL
3. Pilot: Ben, my pilot is a man of few words but when he dove into the clouds I tasted the clouds hahahah it was a nice experience.
4. Experience. Unbelievably AWESOME , 1 hour was not enough.
